1. Returns and Exchanges
Return/Exchange Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange an item.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Damaged Products: If you receive a broken or damaged product, please send images of the damaged item to +91 7021439894. Once verified, we will process your refund.
2. Refunds
Processing Time: If your return is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original method of payment within 14 days.
Notification: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3. Shipping Costs
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
